Steve Begley serves as Chief Compliance Officer at YPrime. Steve holds responsibility for corporate privacy strategy and policy and leads efforts to ensure company-wide privacy and data protection standards and compliance. Additionally, he oversees the company’s global quality function, including quality control and assurance, regulatory compliance, process improvement, software development and delivery, and quality management systems. Steve provides the foundation and stability to deliver quality systems and products in a timely and effective manner across the entire organization.
Prior to joining YPrime in 2013, Steve managed global quality, compliance, and quality systems for Cenduit, ePharma Solutions, and Clarix/Phase Forward (now Oracle Corporation). He began his clinical trial career in data management, supporting studies at the University of Pennsylvania.
Steve received his undergraduate education from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.

Since co-founding YPrime in 2006, Shawn has led the Company’s growth from a two-person consulting firm to a global organization that focuses on evolving technologies to help accelerate development timelines, simplify process complexity, and improve data quality across the clinical development continuum.
Prior to YPrime, Shawn had a long career as a technology consultant for Cephalon and Parexel. While at Cephalon, he was instrumental in the company’s development of applications to improve clinical trial workflow and provide deeper visibility into clinical trial performance.

As President of YPrAs Chief Executive Officer, Jim Corrigan provides strategic leadership and direction for YPrime. Jim is a seasoned business leader with decades of experience in the technology, life sciences, and healthcare industries.
A 25-year General Electric veteran, Jim joined the company upon graduation from Central Connecticut State University. He simultaneously completed the Information Systems Management Program and attained his MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) in 1993. Jim worked globally for the next four years as a member of the Corporate Audit staff. He then created a fee for GE Engine Services, which enabled customers to focus on safety, satisfaction, and efficiency. In 1999, Jim assumed the Chief Financial/Operating Officer role for Latin American Operations in Brazil.
Jim joined GE Healthcare in 2001 as the GM of Computer Tomography (CT) Detection, introducing product innovations that increased examination speed, image resolution, and effective dose. Jim later led the global materials/sourcing organization to enhance customer fulfillment, lean inventory accuracy, product quality, delivery, and productivity for the $10B in GEHC spend.
In 2005, Jim led the integration of IDX and GE Healthcare IT (HCIT), a $1.4B segment dedicated to delivering IT solutions that enable high-quality and cost-effective care for physician offices through Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs), creating a culture committed to making a difference in healthcare. In 2006, he assumed the role of Senior Vice President for the clinical and admin solutions. Jim was promoted to Senior Vice President of HCIT Americas in 2011. Two years later, he became the President and Chief Executive Officer of GE Healthcare Surgery, a $500M global business that offers market-leading, minimally invasive imaging products.
In 2014, Jim left GE to assume the role as President and Chief Executive Officer of ERT, a global data and technology company that minimizes uncertainty and risk in clinical trials so that customers can move ahead with confidence. Jim worked at ERT for over seven years until he became the President and Chief Executive Officer of ConnectiveRx in 2020. ConnectiveRx simplifies access to affordable medication for patients and facilitates engagement services, connecting patients, prescribers, and pharmacists through the medication journey.

Lindsay brings close to 15 years of experience to YPrime. Most recently, she served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Macquarie Asset Management (MAM), where she provided counsel and delivery of talent management, employee relations, organizational design and change management, compensation/benefits, and resource planning.
Lindsay holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Dickinson College.

Lauren holds a master’s degree in Health Management Systems from Duquesne University and a bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience and Chemistry from the University of Pittsburgh. With over a decade of experience, she has played pivotal roles in various senior leadership positions, including Senior Director of eCOA Operations and Portfolio Director. Her expertise spans the successful execution of clinical trial projects, operational resource management, and mentoring project management teams. Lauren’s work is underscored by a strong commitment to quality, process standardization, and continuous improvement, making her a key driver of operational success within the clinical research field.

With responsibility for Finance, Accounting, and Business Operations functions, Mohan provides financial oversight and leads the development of standardized business metrics.
Mohan brings more than 20 years of broad finance leadership expertise in the life sciences industry with diverse experience at pharmaceutical, biotech, and healthcare companies. Most recently, Mohan served as Chief Financial Officer of Amplity Health, a leading contract commercial services provider to pharmaceutical and biotech companies. At Amplity, he led the carve-out from Publicis Groupe and built the infrastructure of an independent private healthcare company. Prior to this, Mohan served as Chief Financial Officer of Publicis Healthcare Solutions (PHS), a division of Publicis Groupe. At PHS, Mohan diversified the customer base, integrated two critical acquisitions to drive growth, and led the sale of the company to private equity.
Previously, Mohan served as Vice President, Finance at Epocrates, a healthcare information technology company, where he built the Financial Analysis team and played an integral role in the acquisition and post-merger integration of Epocrates by Athenahealth. His early healthcare experience includes positions at Amicus Therapeutics, a rare disease biotech, and at Pfizer, where he held a broad range of finance roles of increasing responsibility. Mohan started his career as an engineer in the chemical industry before transitioning to healthcare finance.
Mohan has an MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, an MS in Chemical Engineering from Georgia Tech, and a BS in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology.

For more than a decade, Mike has been actively involved in the evolution of mobile health solutions for clinical outcome assessments. Prior to joining YPrime in 2015, he served in multiple positions of increasing responsibility at CRF Health. Mike began as an application specialist in 2006, served in project management functions. As Director of Project Delivery, he oversaw the company’s project management and software implementation functions.

Mark is a growth catalyst and is a specialist in driving value globally. He brings more than 25 years of leadership experience within the life sciences and technology sectors. Most recently, Mark served as Chief Commercial Officer for Clariness, a provider of digital patient recruitment and engagement solutions. There, he built and led global commercial infrastructure to drive revenue and position the company as a global leader. Prior to Clariness, Mark was Chief Business Officer at AdviseClinical, a clinical strategic advisory and staffing organization.
During his tenure as Senior Vice President of Business Development and Marketing for CRF Health, Mark redesigned business development and marketing practices and helped to create a global industry leader. Early career positions with OPTUMInsight (now part of United Health Group), Pfizer, and Novartis Pharmaceuticals included sales management and field sales positions.
Mark has an MBA from Binghamton University and a BS in Marketing from Ithaca College.

As Chief Technology Officer, David Wallace is responsible for the development of YPrime’s technology solutions for its customers. He leads the Infrastructure, Security, and DevOps teams that enable secure, scalable, and reliable services to the business. Utilizing a proven agile methodology, David ensures that YPrime is consistently focused on delivering new and refined capabilities of its solutions to support its clients.
David brings almost 30 years of broad technology experience to YPrime. Most recently, he was Chief Technology Officer of Circonus, a Full Stack Performance Monitoring and Observability Platform serving the largest infrastructure deployments in the world. David led the effort in building and scaling their engineering organization and improving their Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
For 10 years prior to Circonus, David was the Chief Technology Officer of Greenphire, the industry leader in clinical trial payments solutions, where he was responsible for engineering, SDLC, testing, infrastructure, and security. David helped grow the company from 15 to 350 people, expanded existing products globally, and introduced multiple new products to market – all while building an engineering team that enabled consistent, reliable delivery of capabilities for the business and its customers.
David previously spent multiple years at iPipeline, the leading provider of cloud-based solutions for the life insurance industry. As Director of Information Technology, he led the effort in building out its infrastructure and security from the startup phase to being the market leader in its solutions.
David resides in Chester Springs, PA with his wife and children. During his free time, you may find him planning his travels to new places around the world, playing golf, or hiking some of the beautiful trails of Chester County.
